WORKING TIME

In this section you can read the terms of payment for selected goods and delivery routes to you.

We haven’t started serial production yet, so we make custom devices for specific customers. This allows us to spend more time on each device, checking it and assembling it with maximum quality. In addition, we can customize the device to meet your needs, add a battery or install a trunk. That’s why you’ll get a high quality product. Later, we will start serial production.

ORDER

To do this, write us a letter and specify the model you need. You can also place an order and add an order to the cart, then we will see your order and contact you. In your order, you need to specify your details: how to contact you; the delivery address; and the model you have chosen.

PRODUCTION

 The production time is 3-4 weeks. We don’t have a large team yet, but we are trying to speed up production so that you can start using it faster. If you need an order by a certain date, please inform the manager so that we can calculate the delivery time for you.

PAYMENT

You can pay by PayPal account. This is a reliable system that has proven itself in many countries. We have been using our account for a long time, so there will be no problems. Payment is made in U.S. dollars. Payment on the site is not working at the moment.

The cost of the purchase will include the cost of delivery to your address. Unfortunately, we cannot make you pay for the delivery upon receipt. This is how the shipping service works.

PACKAGING

We will pack your order in a cardboard box as well as in film. This will help to protect the device well from damage during transportation.

The device is folded apart. We disassemble it into large pieces (6 pieces). You can assemble the device at home in 10 minutes. In the kit we put the key and instructions.

DELIVERY

We arrange for transport companies to deliver. We work with certain companies, but if you have experience and wishes, we can send the service you say.

Unfortunately, batteries cannot be shipped by air, so the order will be delivered either by car or by boat. This will take longer, but it is safe.

Approximate delivery time is 3-4 weeks. But sometimes delivery is delayed at the border or on the road because of the weather. If you need an order by a certain date, please order in advance.

GEOGRAPHY

We can send it to any country. But if you know that in your country there is a restriction on import of this product, please inform the manager.

INCOTERMS

In the product card, we specified the price and wrote down the rule according to which this price should be considered according to the international rules of INCOTERMS.

At the moment, all the goods on the site are listed on the basis of the independent collection of goods from the manufacturer (EXW). EXW (ex works, ex-works, ex-works): the goods are taken by the buyer from the seller’s warehouse specified in the contract, the payment of export duties is charged to the buyer.

This means that the actual value of the goods in your country may change, taking into account the cost of delivery and the number of government fees charged at the border of your country. Sometimes the value of the goods may increase by 1.5 times.

But we are also ready to arrange a full delivery cycle for you. To do this, write to your manager and get advice. We will calculate the cost of delivery of goods to your country.
